STRONGLY RECOMMENDED
-Arrive 15 MINUTES early for check-in, doors will be locked at 7pm.
-Wear loose fitting clothing to enable the exposure of the 2nd to 7th chakra points for acupuncture.
-Prepare a comfortable space for relaxing the body. Yoga mats, blankets, and pillows are highly recommended. We will be sitting and lying on the studio floor for the duration of the session.
-Consume food no less than 1 hour before the event.
-Consumption of alcohol before the event is not recommended.

You'll enjoy gentle stretching, chakra activating vocal toning, silent meditation and a deep Inner Journey sound bath. Integration and fellowship with tea completes our time together.
Our seven main energy centers, otherwise known as the Chakras, are perpetually spinning wheels whose regulated flow protects the vitality of each living being.
In this intuitively guided session, Denise leads the group through four states of energy activation, including body stretching to bring awareness to the physical state and ground in the present, vocal toning to activate our chakra centers, a silent meditation with gentle breathing to slow the mental processes, and a restful sound bath to allow the release and surrender of inner emotional and physical tension. Each segment of your experience is intentionally designed to center your awareness in the present, release negative energy, and calm the mind.
Come relax and reinforce the proper flow of energy through the meridians of your body; come experience the peace at your center.
